Penn Tutors is a subsidiary of Global Placement & Staffing, USA which was founded by Ted Samaras, Ravi Pradhan and Dan Beresford.

Ted Samaras - CEO & President

Based out of Washington DC., Ted is an international consultant and businessman who has worked in dozens of countries and is currently focused on China. Ted also co-founded an NGO called JurisAid that has set up the first legal clinics in Africa for people living with HIV/AIDS. Ted has a well-honed expertise in doing business across many cultures gained over the past twenty years.

Ravi Pradhan - Vice President

Originally from Nepal and currently based in the US, Ravi has lived and worked in the US and South Asia. He brings years of experience as a manger, businessman, organizational consultant and social activist. He has consulted in many countries of Africa and Asia as well as in the US. His most memorable engagements involved working with UNICEF on maternal mortality and UNDP on HIV/AIDS.

Dan Beresford - Director

Dan Beresford is a philanthroper and active member of many social clubs and organizations in South Carolina. Before he retired, Dan was licensed to practice in many states including the Supreme Court. He was also a senior corporate counsel for many large corporations.
